Improve Homestead Without Affecting Father's Finan

Question: Dad is 95 & lives in a nursing home (Medicare/Medicaid pays & his SS pays) no cost to us. I would like to improve the homestead, sell it and buy another house in Stevensville. Answer: Simply, yes. Heirs always have the right to contest a will. This does not mean they will succeed, but a court will probably listen to any complaints they have and then decide.
